At Leadership and Scents, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality fragrance samples and discovery sets. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, all sales are final once an order is placed.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or allergic reactions.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

 

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost items, or delivery errors caused by postal carriers. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.
